Irish Eyes are Smiling Tut

A new tutorial from me today using Jo's Irish Wishes kit, This kit is amazing and oh so easy to use with all the beautiful elements. CBJ aka Jo only sells her kits at Zindys Store now, and you can buy Irish Wishes and the Irish Love Tube together or seperate, its up to you. I also used the Irish Love Tube from the talented Zindy S. D. Nielsen, PLEASE do not use her tubes without purchasing them from her store. (You MUST have a license to use her art!!!)
